On 1/26/23 I made a mobile deposit of $16K into my savings account ending with ****. On 1/30/23 I requested to transfer this amount into my CD. On 5/2/23 I found out that the above amount has not been transferred. I've talked to ****** asking her to make this transfer and apply the interest from the deposit date. She said that she will correct this mistake and talk to the manager regarding the interest and will contact me if a problem arises. I was able to check my accounts only on 10/6/23 and found out that the bank's mistake still has not been corrected. I've explained this problem to *************************** requesting again to transfer $16K into my CD and to apply the interest from the original deposit date. She has transferred the money to the CD and said that she will talk to the manager regarding the interest. Since then, there has been no answer from the Bank. On 10/16/23 I spoke with ********, the manager. She said that she'll review my account and contact me shortly.On 10/20/23 I checked with ******* about my status and told her that the manager did not contact me. ******* said that she will pass my message to ******** again. As of now I did not get any response from the manager.Please help me resolve this issue; since the bank failed to transfer the funds on the date originally requested, they should apply the interest on my CD effective the original requested deposit date.Your assistance is much appreciated.******************Initial Complaint

I cancelled my credit union membership a year ago along with all other relationships i have with the credit union. I was told everything was processed and closed. I recently found my Pasadena Credit Union credit card (that they made me sign up to get a discounted rate) was still listed as active on my credit report, sure enough today I got a new card in the mail because the old one expired. This is a breach in trust and somebody could've stolen the account and made unauthorized purchases. Why wasn't my accounts closed??Initial Complaint

On X-XX-XXXX , I was a victim of online fraud, and clearly shows that on their printout. I loss $2500.00 on 9/2021, I want them to pay me back under insurance for losses. They say that because it was online they couldn't honor the loss. I believe that is why they have insurance to help clients in this situation.Business response
