I have tried contacting Holy Stone and they continue to send me the email at the bottom over and over. I have responded several times with the information of what I paid. I have also called several times and they say that it must be handled by *****. ***** keeps sending the response below asking what I would prefer. I have answered several times. Can you please help with communication? "Vanna, I did and I've responded several times and have also called. I said, if you cannot replace my HS720R with a comparable HS720 series drone, please send me a refund. The drone cost $399.99 + $16.20 (tax) for a total of $416.99. I would appreciate a response ASAP. I purchased a drone from Holy Stone via Amazon for my father for Christmas 15 months ago. He went through the setup process as directed at that time, and the drone would turn on and propellors would spin, but the drone wouldn't, won't, and has never left the ground. I tested it myself with the same result. It was obviously sold with a defect. **************** is unwilling to repair, replace or refund the unit, regardless of when the problem started, because the unit is now out of warranty. I would like Holy Stone to either provide the appropriate replacement parts for the current unit, or offer a significant discount on a new unit, as this issue was occuring WHILE the unit was under warranty.
