              So far have requested Refund 3x as per their stated policy on website and been pushed to do a replacement instead. This company does not seem to honor its return policy of no hassle 14 day returns. Buyer Beware.

              I just had to report this company to the **** They are extremely deceptive with their return policy. They say one thing and do another. They sent me a heat-warped pair of glasses. Then refused to refund my money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Also the glasses are c*** anyway. Try zeelool or firmoo for discount glasses and better returns process.

              Really shady return policy, be prepared to not get a full refund. They refused to give me my full money back when I returned a pair of glasses. They cited that because I returned the item, the coupon I originally used was now void, and so I wouldn't get the full money back. So essentially, I had to make up the difference on the other pair of glasses in the order that I kept. Since I "voided" the coupon, I then owed money because the other glasses would be full price now. I have never heard of anything like this in my life.... To make it even worse, when I spoke to customer service to set up the return in the first place, they said it was fine to return the glasses and I would get the full amount back. Never mentioned anything about voiding a coupon.

              After they gave me a bad product and wouldn't allow returns, I left a 1-star review so at least others knew what had happened and why the product didn't work for me. They then deleted my review within a day.I called to confront them about it and they said they would try to put it back. They admitted they delete 1-star reviews. Do not trust the reviews on this site. This is fraud. I have bought multiple items from them based on the across-the-board 5 star reviews, and now I know these to be lies.

              I have purchased glasses from them several times. This is the worse order i have ever placed. They sent me the wrong glasses the first time and promised that they would ship NEXT DAY. They show that they were shipped 3/24/23. *** shows that they do not have them. They appear to be holding them and NOT SHIPPING as promised.The 1 STAR is a gift, it should be -5 STARS.

              It is a very deceptive company. They say that you will receive a free glasses case with a $75 purchase, but they will only give you the free case after a second purchase. I would suggest buying from ***** instead.
