Buenos das Desde Junio 2023 compr $3500 en uniformes y zapatos mdicos, ellos dejaron de responder los correos e hice un contracargo con el banco, pero esta empresa se encarga de solicitar documentos al realizar la compra para que el contracargo no pueda proceder. Me comunique y me respondieron que enviaran una parte de la mercadera, al llegar el paquete me enviaron artculos de ***** calidad, ********** que yo ped me llego, tallas, colores y sobretodo las marcas. Todo era de ***** calidad y de muy bajo valor. Me indicaron que todava faltaba mucha mercaderia por enviar y los zapatos, pero ya no me responden los correos desde hace aproximadamente un mes. On 5/27/2023 I called Scrubs La,Inc and spoke with *** and ordered 109units of a particular brand at that time I paid ***** and on 6/05 I paid another934.88 to complete the order totaling 2,134.88.According to ******** should've received this shipment 6/16/2023-6/2023.Since then it has been excuse after excuse and lie after lie to just be point blank about the situation.My business is a small business but I deliver on time and I only deal in quality.Due to this catastrophe.Ive had to repay for pre orders and it cost me a facility show because I promised this brand.So it has cost me revenue as well as my customer's trust.Ive explain this to the "wholesaler" and still he continued to give false dates even fake tracking on this shipment I've yet to see.In August of 2023 he offers to send me 60 units of another brand while waiting on the brand I ordered which I have a receipt showing pending for the brand I ordered.These uniforms arrive ill fitted cheaper fabric just not what i would've choose for my store.Ive exhausted every avenue to settle this but it's only lies and a very dismissive attitude..This is not the brand I ordered and it seems as if you can't produce what I ordered.My money needs to be refunded.I didn't ask for the cheaper quality uniform.The integrity of *** and this business is less than stellar.This has been a set back for my business and I need to be compensated.Im willing to take full recourse to be reimbursed.Its just unacceptable and I will be taken full action if this cant be resolved here.I have all correspondance, receipts and emails to back all allegations.
