I paid $95.00 for a ccw permit. They sent me to a ** site that wanted another $100.00 and the permit cannot be used in ********* as it states it can. Then they charged me $19.95 for a one time course and they keep charging me $19.95 a month without my permission. I call them and can never get through to get them to stop taking my money and refund me what they have taken. This site is a scam.Initial Complaint

I applied for a carry permit online on Aug 31, 2022. The website implied that it could all be done online, until they got my credit card info. Then I was informed that I had to purchase firing range training IN ADDITION. I called them immediately, within 10 minutes, to ask for the order to be cancelled and they refused to refund any money.Initial Complaint

I tried to sign up for their certificate and when we got to the purchasing they claimed my ** was expired (it was not) and then I got caught in a loop where my bank saw 7 charges in a row. I had to close out of the web site itself to stop the loop. I keep receiving e-mail advertising that I can have a ** Concealed Online and I just have to answer a quiz, I deed and pass, then they ask me for $88.00 to send me the certificate then a $9.00 for continue training not sure what is it, After the said that I have to go to a location for ***************************** for and extra $34.00 that bring the Total to $****** However, after charging my credit card is a place that said READ THI S CAREFUFFY telling me that all the above is not valid and I have to apply directly to the State of ******* to have the permit i VAT MY MONEY BACKInitial Complaint

I purchased the online carry permit on ****** and my order #XXXXXXX. I paid ******* for the certification and yearly renewal ($9.00 a month). When I attempted numerous times to sign up for the in-person class to complete the program, I have gotten no response by calling the # (XXX) XXX-XXXX. ************** I believe this is a scam. I am a 68-year-old widowed female, and I am afraid at times to go anywhere due to carjacking and violence in the area. I live on a fixed income, and I spend my money carefully. I guess I wasn't careful enough. It is terrible that companies take advantage of innocent people who are just trying to stay safe. I have a pistol and a permit and shot at a gun range. Please help! I ordered the class through carry concealed paid $106 and received nothing I called them a couple weeks later they said they sent me an email and said they sent me an email with the portal which they didn't do now they can't refund me my money which is ridiculous cuz I received nothing at all for my hundred and six dollars I want to refund as soon as possible this is a scamInitial Complaint

I took the concealed license class, paid the fee, and now I am being charged $19/month. I have already stopped payment on my card***** but I've heard they just change their name and continue to charge. I have ten Month's of continued charge's to my card. I would like to be refunded this unauthorized monthly fee.
