This is a complete scam, no outside agency issues CCWs and if you look at the fine print on the payment screen like I did. It clearly says:
" The certification you receive from ** Concealed Online is not a license or ********************** to carry a handgun. To secure a permit it is your sole responsibility to apply to the *********************** and submit all paperwork required along with any fees. It is your responsibility to research and understand your local laws as it relates to handgun ownership and concealed carry"!!

" SCAM WRITTEN ALL OVER IT "This is a scam. Don't register. They will Take your money. I am a Texas resident. After going through the free test and paying for the next step to go through the concealed carry steps. I decided after paying and registration not to continue, so I text them and called them to let them know with in the hour of registration that I didn't want to go through it and want my money back. They kept my money and gave me a e restaurant card which is another scam. Do go through this site. It's a SCAM. You won't get your money back they stole $158.00 from me. I wonder where all the money these people are stealing is going?.Review from John D.

You cannot obtain a CCW in Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania only issues a License to Carry Firearms (notepluralyou can carry more than one). You don't have to pay one penny to an outside group. The LTCF costs 20 bucks, it's good for 5 years, and your County Sherriff issues the license. Here are the instructions for Allegheny County. Well, I also thought this was to obtain my conceal carry, but no it is NOT. I sent an email asking for a credit and got a response explaining why they won't. Lesson learned...Won't be giving them any positive feedback that's for sure.Review from Jessica H

Absoulte rip off. Went to cancel since I found a cheaper class that I knew would include fingerprinting and filing paperwork with the state. Come to find out they have a no refund policy on in person classes that is no listed anywhere on their website. Will be disputing the charge with my credit card company since they won't give me my money back.Review from Krystal L

This is a scam/hoax. They take your money & then you never hear from them again. I am going to contact my credit card company, because they took my money & I got nothing in return. No certificate, no response back from them in email, no return phone call. NOTHING!!!!! I would like a full refund from this company. We shall see what happens. I may need to get my attorney involved. Perhaps he can get this place shut down. They are stealing people's money.Review from Stephen C

I was scammed by these scumbags. They represented that the online course would make me eligible to obtain a concealed carry in North Carolina. When I paid them there was a declaimer NC must complete in person class with write exam, range proficiency and safety which is additional $90.00 dollars on top of the $129.00 they already stole from me. Emailed and requested my money back with no response. Based on the reviews here it seems to be their business model. Eff all of you chiefs.
