I ordered a *** from this company and have never received it. They debited my bank account on 2/29/2024. I emailed the company on 3/2/2024 and was told that I could get a a flash drive by a *********************************. I emailed him back and said I ordered a *** not a flash drive and dont know how to use a flash drive and have no computer. I have heard nothing back from him so I emailed him again today asking for my money to be to returned by check. I also tried to call the number thats on their website and it is out of order. *************** The *** I ordered was on their website and was listed as a ***, Big Fat Greek Wedding III. Since I am not getting any more response from them, and have never received any merchandise, I would appreciate it if you would look into this for me. I am disabled and dont have a lot of money so to me this is fraud and false advertising.Thank you very much I appreciate it Sincerely,***************************Initial Complaint

This vendor advertises this item on line indicating that it is a physical DVD. He never states that it is a download item. No where in his advertising does he state this is a download item. If you check him out on internet reviews of his so called company you will find many articles saying this is a scam.He only states this is a download item on the invoice he sends you after he takes your money. He needs to be stopped as he is scamming folks out of money. I guess most people are not turning him in as it is a small amount of money lost. I bet he is making a fortune on this scam. Please investigate and put a stop to him!!!Initial Complaint

On Feb. 3rd 2024 I placed an order (#AB *****) on line, for DVDs: "Equalizer 3" and "Justified Detroit" season 2 for a total of $16.98. Since then I sent them an email and I tried calling them but their listed phone number doesn`t work. They refuse to communicate.
