I have been receiving unsolicited correspondence from ******** located in ********, ** thru the **** addressed to a ****************** at my **** address. There is no such person living now or ever at my address. I sent the previous correspondence back as "Return to Sender" "No such person at this address" and still they continue to send. I believe this is a scam. I have not opened these "letters" but it appears to me that someone is trying to set up my address as theirs. I am going to also send a complaint to the ******** Attorney GeneralBusiness response

Hello,
This envelope is a package for an order we fulfilled from Amazon.com. As contracted Amazon sellers, the only information we receive is, buyer shipping information and items ordered. We are required to send out all orders that we receive and cannot look into the payment options or contact information used as Amazon retains all that information to protect buyers.
We are not sure of the origin of the order and do not have access to any information that would assist in locating the purchaser. Amazon.com also does not offer the option to restrict or block certain addresses/customers so unfortunately we cannot stop these orders from being placed.This issue has been brought up to Amazon.com seller support.

************** **** ********** not ordered. Refund and close account- this is fraudulent email and order, I am ****** at that address. No further orders- close accounts with my name and address after refund of .47Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/01/04) */ Customer has received an item which was an order from ******. We are one of many sellers on ****** and we have no way of knowing if an order is fraudulent or not since ****** processes all the orders and provide the shipping information. We simply use the ****** seller platform to list these items and ****** manages the rest which includes: a) payment processing, b) provide shipping addresses, and c) notifying us with an invoice of an order. Again there is no way to indicate if an order is legitimate or not since this is managed by ******. I've provided a screenshot for your reference.Initial Complaint

I have begun to receive game cards from this company. And they are collecting .47 each from where I don't know. It's not on my credit card. I never heard of this company but I think they got my name & address through Amazon where I recently made a purchase. Can't get through the phone to them. XXX-XXX-XXXX. Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/30) */ As this person stated we are CoreTCG and is an active vendor on Amazon and like all the vendors we do not process any payments Amazon does that on our behalf. All we do on our end is to fulfill the order when Amazon notifies us about it and then ship the order to the address that's on the invoice which is generated by Amazon. With that being said, we would not have any suspicions of any unscrupulous activity since the invoice is from Amazon. We take fraud prevention very seriously and we have safeguard protocols on our own website. This is a case in which we have no control over since this transaction was managed by Amazon's marketplace.
