I've done a ton of business with CoreTCG both buying and selling but that is ending after they ripped me off pretty bad on my latest buylist there. Prior buylists went well with an occasional discrepancy on a card here or there. On my latest, they marked a whole third of my submission as "played," equating to thousands of dollars. I've had nothing but a pleasant and fair experience until this. I don't know what has changed but a whole third of my submission was shocking to see. They must have changed things up where if a card is not PSA 10 worthy it is instantly bucketed as "played" and the value halved - literally - the value of every card was reduced to 50% of the initial value. Super disappointing and unreasonable, especially considering I am very picky and sent them cards in exceptional condition from my personal collection that I guarantee are all being cataloged as near-mint. I raised this concern with the store and they were not only unwilling to fix any of it, but were very unprofessional and condescending about the whole thing and blamed people wanting to "only grade" cards as their reasoning.Review from Bill L

Yesterday, I received an envelope in the mail from CoreTCG in Pasadena CA. Inside was a YugiO card along with an invoice stating payment was made through AmazonMws. The problem is that I DIDN'T order this children's card. Today, I received another mailer, this time from KStamps from Canoga Park, CA. I didn't order anything from that company either. Beware of these AmazonMws, CoreTCG and KStamps SCAMS!

As this person stated we are CoreTCG and is an active vendor on Amazon and like all the vendors we do not process any payments Amazon does that on our behalf. All we do on our end is to fulfill the order when Amazon notifies us about it and then ship the order to the address that's on the invoice which is generated by Amazon. With that being said, we would not have any suspicions of any unscrupulous activity since the invoice is from Amazon. We take fraud prevention very seriously and we have safeguard protocols on our own website. This is a case in which we have no control over since this transaction was managed by Amazon's marketplace.Review from Kina M

I received an envelope from CoreTCG in Pasadena Ca. with a kids YugiO card inside along with an invoice stateting payment made through AmazonMws... I Did NOT order anything from them, I called and was told might be a Phising scam but they could not help me.. I called Amazon, really no help as they have not got any info on them... I contacted Amazon, they did NOT show any orders from me or for me and the invoice was from CORETCG not Amazon. The lady I spoke to at Amazon did not know who/what Amazon Mws was as this was the reference on the invoice stating "Payment made through Amazon Mws". The Invoice was FROM CoreTCG Not Amazon. I called CoreTCG and spoke to a young man who is the one that said it may be a scam and I could return the item I received.Customer Response

Forgot to add, the invoice was initiated from Coretcg, invoice header is " https://coretcg-admin.crystalcommerce.com/orders/print_invoices?" No one at Amazon has any info on any orders from me...These people got my info and I do not know how, or why they sent me anything... It also sates order was placed on 9/21/2021, I received this on 9/23/21, No way from California to other coast in 2 days regular mail....
