      I ordered ******************** Skimmer Float Valve Equalizer 85015200.I received an after market part (********************** ***** that has different dimensions and does not fit in my Pentair system.I had to purchase the ******************** Skimmer Float Valve Equalizer again from another business and I am attaching a picture to show the difference.The company refuses to provide a return label and to confirm that I can receive a refund.The company maintains I was sent the right part and that they will not entertain additional communication with me.

      Ordered Hayward replacement valve handle SP0714T, on December 28, 2022 advised at that it would be at my house Jan 3 2023 has NOT arrived, cost $76.08.USPS is running the package back and forth to ************, ***********, *******, **********, NOT coming to Georgia, I email them everyday AZ pool shop stop responding they also go by ********* supply at **********************************************, if you pull up my tracking #********************** you will see that AZ Pool Shop is playing russian rulelett, with *****

      I purchased a part from AZ Pool Shop, however as the part was still in transit my issue was resolved by different means and no longer needed this part. In fact, I had an entirely different set up in place meaning there is no way I could install the part that was on the way. The return policy said a 20% restock fee will be applied for any un-installed items within 30 days. I emailed the store and they gave me a RMA to accept the return, and mentioned again the item must be un-installed. Upon getting this information, and knowing I hadn't even opened their box at that point, I got a box from USPS to ship back. The box they sent me wouldn't fit inside. I opened the package, snapped a picture of the top terminal connections and packed/shipped the item back. The business refunded only 50% saying I installed the item. I tried to resolve this issue via email, unfortunately the person was very rude and even sent pictures of the item with damage marks on it that I also saw when I opened the box as well as other damage that I did not see when I had the part. I sent back the picture I took that also had the same scratch marks on the top, which means that was how I received the item. I also have a different type of connection so the part they claim is scratched would not even apply to me. They dismissed me, called me a liar, and even denied the scratches on part that I received even though it is in my picture. The part was not in a factory sealed package so it could have been used in the past, or this person caused the additional damage to keep more money. I tried to communicate with them to resolve this however he would not tell me his name and also told me they will not respond to me any further. I am entitled to the remaining ******* which should be refunded back to the form of payment. I also request that they review their inventory to avoid these situations from happening in the future. Their online business reviews have multiple examples of similar situations.
