I ordered a kit for my vacuum cleaner $144.00 which was a good price,however it was the wrong part that I found out when I tried to assemble it.It never went in the water all I did was put the wheels on from my existing vacuum cleaner,the shroud didnt fit,so Ireturned it,I cleaned the marks the wheels made it could easily be sold in that condition no problem.They refunded me only half of what I paid. I would recommend NOT doing business with this company!!!

This company stole my money after returning a defective product

This company steals from customers. They dont follow there own listed policies. I asked to make a partial change to one item in my order, instead they cancelled the entire order and charged me a large restocking fee. If you read through their policies there is really no justification for that

Received a $21 pool vacuum connection part that had minor crack of the plastic upon receipt inspection in the location of the set s**** The pool vac part itself was not installed in the pool. When calling 1-213-xxx-4152 to ask for a replacement, the male service agent asked for pictures to be emailed. However, before the photos could be emailed a minute or two later, this same male called back and accused us of lying and stated that any further purchases will not be allowed, as well as any other purchases from any of their other companies. All attempts to explain that this was just a request for a replacement was returned with the agent saying "I know a liar when I see one" and he hung up the phone on us without clarifying what his accusation of a lie was based on. We could not have received worse customer service! Upon trying to access ************************** again so we can recheck return policy, now we are just receiving the '403 Forbidden' error code. Recommend you DO NOT BUY from the website AZPoolShop.com ever. I wish I had checked this BBB site before we had bought from this inept company.

The worse customer service. **** us wrong pump and then blamed ** saying we gave him the wrong model number which we did not. My husband asked a lot of questions since he knows what hes talking about & we should have known right there not to purchase from them. The minute we opened up box, we knew the item was wrong. When we called, He argued with us and then hung up. Rude rude rude! Had to go online to submit return got an email saying was not returnable but theyd make an exception. Probably because my note I added explaining the bad service.Cost me $79 to return and then I get charged a 20% restocking fee for THEIR mistake. Listen to me folks DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE !Too many other companies out there that actually care about the consumer!

The part I ordered came loose in a box and disassembled. Found my issue and ended up never using the part. Had to request a return form...they said " we'll let you return it even though we dont usually". I returned the $260 part at my own expense. They never credited my card so I emailed them. They first acted like they never got it. When I sent proff of delivery(tracking # and that **** received it), they told me I used it, and that they threw it out. When I explained that it came to me that way he told me "not correct."I told him that lying was bad for business so he then said " We would have given it to you but since youre a liar, not now"Was just called a liar and "banned" from purchasing anything from them.These people stole from me and then called me a liar to boot.Disgusting!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this TERRIBLE Company. They have zero customer professionalism, they are NOT customer centric. Oh if I could have rated them a zero I would have.....

DO NOT BUY THROUGH HERE!!!I Ordered a part from AZpoolshop because they were cheapest. I did receive an email the next day that it had shipped. After a couple of days the tracking still showed package acceptance pending so I reached out and was told give it a day for the tracking to update. Ok sure. After 5 days and the tracking still saying the same I reached out again asking for an update. This is when I got blasted with the AZpoolshop policy hi-lighted in yellow that states they are not responsible for delays in shipping and a rude response of I already stated it was shipped. I looked up the post office and there were 3 facilities in the zip code so I asked if someone could tell me which facility it was taken to so I myself could follow up and ensure my package wasnt lost at the facility or something since it wasnt moving. I got ignored from this point with no responses. I tried calling **** and was to the point of opening up a fraud claim with my bank when the part FINALLY came. The next day I got a nasty email from AZpoolshop asking if I believed them now that they shipped my package. I responded that the email was unprofessional and unnecessary. They continued to harass and argue with me that I was the one being rude for asking about shipping so much! UNBELIEVABLE!!! Jaw dropping pure nastiness!! What kind of a company continues to blast their customers with mean messages when they just wanted proof of shipping when tracking was showing otherwise lost?? I dont care if they are cheaper its a ****** if you get the product and I would spend more money to not be hounded by nasty employees after my item came.

This is one of my responses from dealing with this company. I will let you formulate your own opinions:You broke it during installation and due to wrong installation!We did not send a broken item to you.You broke it and YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT!EVEN THE MANUFACTURER WILL NOT DO ANYTHING SINCE THE PART WAS NOT BROKEN AND YOU BROKE IT.IF THE PART WHERE BROKEN, IT WOULD FELL APART AS YOU SHOWED IN THE PICTURE AND ONLY A STUPID PERSON WOULD INSTALL IT AND I DON'T THINK THAT YOU ARE STUPID FOR SURE.SO TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY.Sure you can get a refund, if you return our product back in the very same unbroken condition that you received.

I wish I have read these reviews before purchase with them. I deeply regret and wish everyone that reads this NEVER EVER buy products from this place entitled as "business". I Bought a pool filter head, after days of waiting for shipment, finally arrived; as soon as installed started leaking (from the gauge side), turns out it was cracked! Got in contact with them and they told me that product was ""inspected"" and nothing was wrong and I must have installed wrongfully... (How? there is only one way and one measurement thread hole for the gauge) So, and 'recommended' me to get in contact with supplier. Bunch of careless people with horrible customer support and not good intentioned. Do not fall for the price, this is just a 'lure' to buy 2nd grade or defective items. Now I have 2 problems instead of 1. Stay Away from this people
