On July 20th, 2023, I had an MRI appointment. Before proceeding with the **** I talked to the receptionist and asked if I have to co-pay. She told me that I did not need to. However, I received a bill from Valley Radiology Imaging for a MRI bill, and owe $929.24. If I knew I was going to be billed, I would not have proceeded with the **** Since I would have had a new insurance by September 1st, 2023, I would have waited until then for a **** I called them many times asking for a bill adjustment and notified my old insurance to communicate regarding the bill. Valley Radiology Imaging eventually told me that they would send me to collection. I was falsely notified and I would like to dispute the amount owed. Please let me know what I can do and help. 2/29/2024 - Valley Radiology Imaging ************ refused to write off the $60 statement balance as committed on 1/3/2024 that it was occurred due to the wrong billing code they used & that it's already outside the insurance claim window for the service provided on 3/16/2022.Initial Complaint

I received in the mail last week a bill for imaging done on 3/9/2018!! It doesnt even say past due! Plus I never have past due accounts as I like to keep my credit rating in the 800+ range!! They want payment of $79.03. I cannot even verify anything on this because my records dont go that far back! Further I have ***************** coverages both then and now. ******** and Health Net as my secondary.. could u please help me here.. what can I do?? I cant prove nor disprove anything except to say what has been already stated above.. their billing **** shows an address at PO ***************************************. Thank uInitial Complaint

In October 2022, I got a biopsy done and they charged the wrong insurance so I had to wait until May of 2023 to get a corrected bill and ended up getting a partial refund with a check. The same week, I received another check for the same amount as the previous, but I did not deposit it like I did with the first check. The following week, I received a bill in the mail for the same amount as the check amounts. I called the billing department and they told me the bill was for the accidental second check and asked for me to send it back, which I did. Almost a whole month later, I received yet another bill for the same amount as the refund checks. I already sent the check back, at this point, the check should just be voided and I should not be receiving anything from this hospital.
