I went to *********** Steakhouse on 05/02/2023 for their DineLA menu. On the DineLA menu, it clearly states that if I want to upgrade my Steak to an A5 wagyu, it will be only extra $45. It didn't say on the menu that upgrade starts at $45, it only says upgrade will cost $45. So I asked the server to upgrade, and he let me chose which A5 to upgrade to. He didn't mention that the upgrade starts from $45. When I asked the server what is the difference between the different A5, he told me to ignore the Price, and just choose the one we like. But when we got the bill I was Charged extra of $135, and $85 for two upgrades. It was completely false advertisement! No server ever mentioned that there was a price different, and the menu clearly states upgrade will be extra $45. They tried to scam their customers to pay more.
