      I purchased a Bosch cordless miter saw from approved Bosch online retailer, CPO Outlets, on 11/28/23. This saw came with a heavily advertised 180-day, no-questions-asked guarantee for return and refund. This guarantee is displayed prominently on CPO's website AND the manufacturer's (Bosch) website (see documentation). It's an expensive tool, but this guarantee made me feel at ease in purchasing. I turns out that this saw has a flaw that I deem dangerous (kickback issues) and so it isn't working for my purposes. I initiated a return well within the 180-day guarantee (January 2024) with Bosch. They referred me to the retailer, CPO, since CPO is the entity that captured my $621.15 payment, not Bosch. Upon contacting CPO again, they replied that they only accept returns under their 30-day policy window, despite the ad on their website that showcases a 180-day guarantee for this product. CPO referred me back to Bosch, and ***** referred me back again to CPO. This back and forth went on many times for months. In contacting CPO again, I reiterated that, as the retailer that took my money, they would be the one to honor the guarantee and initiate the return of the saw and then (presumably) recoup that money from *****, since theyre an authorized reseller. They once again repeated that they cant take anything outside 30-days (despite the 180-day guarantee claim plastered literally everywhere). This feels like extreme false advertising and I have tried literally everything I can think of to make both Bosch and CPO Outlets understand just how mindboggling it is for them to clearly state that the item can be returned no-questions-asked within 180-days and then pass the blame to each other with neither taking responsibility. In this instance, I feel like my money has been taken by a company that is untrustworthy and I wont be purchasing from them again. I'd like a refund for $621.15 and will happily return the saw in its original packaging.

      I placed an order(order # Y200976956) on cpopowertools.com. The tool set came with broken trays. I made 3 phone calls and filled out the contact form multiple times to request 3 new trays. However, I've not received any responses yet.

      Ordered a polesaw on Amazon sold by this company. The saw was horrible and did not work as it was advertised. I sent it back and now these people refuse to refund. They have horrible customer service. Just cut and paste the same lame and lazy response.

      The cabinets were delivered extremely damaged. A return and refund was requested. I have been given the run around on the return for almost 2 months now and constantly have to follow up with them to get an type of response. Their customer service has been extremely disappointing to say the least.

      I ordered a router on March 8th and tried to cancel the next day. I have called for the past 2 weeks and emailed them numerous times and no one answers at customer service. The emails I sent come back as non deliverable. My order number is Y200038559 dated March 7th for $185.39. I would like the order cancelled and refunded.

      On February 24, 2023 I purchased a hammer drill from CPO Outlet from their website. It cost, with shipping and taxes, $221.95. I provided a shipping address for the product as instructed. However, the shipping company ***** was unable to deliver the purchased item and subsequently returned the item back to CPO Outlet. I have attempted to call CPO outlet at ****************. I have not been able to reach a representative as the prerecorded message states they are closed. I have called during their business hours and I keep getting this message. I have also emailed CPO outlet to discuss paying the shipping fee and having the package delivered again, but I was instructed to call the ***** number. I would like to have the product I purchased or if that cannot be done then a refund of the purchased product.

      I was on Amazon and found a set of dewalt tools sold by this company for around 25 dollars. I ordered 1 for me, 1 for a friend, and 1 for my dad. 2 they cancled and said they were out of stock but would get more in and i could order it again at that time. But not for the sale price, back to the original price of 280 dollars. Then today.. i get an email saying they had stop and demanded a return of the one that had already shipped. Because of their price error. They should have let the ones that already shipped stay shipped.

      On Aprill 3, 2022 I purchased a compressor from CPO-OUTLETS. On May 6, 2022, the compressor was returned to the manufacturer by the original carrier from which it was dropped shipped. The carrier had damaged it in transit. I never received the compressor. The merchant was paid over $1800 in full AND proof that the manufacturer had received the compressor was provided months ago. We have had nothing but run-around replies.

      I purchased these tools that didn't work well but, since I don't use them often I figured I'd just charge the batteries and try another time. After the holidays l noticed they were really not working correctly. So, I requested an exchange within the ****** return/exchange timeframe window. The seller would not send me the exchange... Twice requested. The exchange order status kept saying it was delayed via numerous email (I still have the emails) but, then the exchange request/order just disappeared from ******. Then, I started to dig. I found out the tool package I purchased was a **** ***** Exclusive! CPO is total scam and they know how to skirt around bad reviews and play the ****** loopholes.
