My son ************************* /MLS Next, Play for the soccer club for 2 years. In the team is always been no more than ***** players. We never had issues with his previous coach ****** or roster. This year my son gets a new coach / director named ***. He offered my son a full time position for the soccer team. He convinced all the team members to fill out all the paper work early and for the team fees in June. When the pre season starts he starts putting out all this over populated roster that went from 18 players to *****. So I had a problem with committing to the contract because he was not honest and transparent. He kept having kids try out for the team and giving them spots when try outs had ended with cause my son to get injured at practice. He still injured till this day. He place those over populated kids in other 2 coaches teams so he can bring them during games, use them and prevent our full time players from playing. He exhorted my husband to pay him ****** because we gave him all reasons to leave the team which is mainly he lied and wasn't transparent and he also bullied my son and other kids in the team body shaming. I couldn't stay in that environment. I also needed my money back to pay the new team. This Rod person abuses his power, their is no one above him to resolve or negotiate. He controls the club in the contract is said that he can void or negotiate in certain circumstances. I gave him enough and reasonable reasons to leave. He did not care and refuse to give me my $1080.00 back in fees. Won't give me detail info on how that money was use and refuses to respond. This club should not allow to have a director coach they abuse their power no one to litigate with. *** the administration told me I will do whatever he saids. No one to report this to in the club. Please help me. This club did nothing for me to pay them for any fees. Their season did not start till 9/17. I asked them to cancel me from joining their club 8/31. I gave the more than enough notice.
