      I signed up for the program. I paid ***** to subscribe to the program. From there, no answer or no progression. I began to look at more reviews and I see that this company takes people's money and disappear. This is a scam. They sent an email asking me to confirm my email. However ****** provided a scam alert to me that this email is known for tracking and stealing information and directed to not click anything.

      I enrolled into the Paypadz rental assistance program last May which costs $24.99 per month. I provided the information requested and set up my account. At first they communicated and my account was in pending status. At point I reached out via email and was advised my assistance request would be expedited but nothing ever came of it. I have emailed and left voice messages numerous times requesting to cancel but I havent received a call or email. I would like my membership cancelled and the membership fees refunded. Whoever is behind this business is a huge fraud. I have provided screenshots of the emails I have sent. I can provided the full emails if needed.

      I signed up for this service in February and they requested more documentation from me before they could continue the service. At the time my lease was ending at the time and that was one of the documents they required. I didnt think that I would get charged for March since I didnt continue with the process, but I was wrong. I was charged and have been trying to contact someone via email, social media and phone. No one has responded back to me. This company is definitely a scam and Im currently working with my bank to get a refund and block them from making future transactions.

      I tried to open an account in December to help with rent. I have never been able to complete the application due to a "glitch" every time I try to finish it. They are still taking $24.99 from me a month, even though they have given me no services. I have emailed them trying to cancel the account and have had no response. I really just want the account closed and for them to stop taking my money.

      Theirs company was advertised through the company I rent from saying that they will help with rent. I signed up and did everything that was asked of me as well as waiting on the 30 day verification. It has now been 4 months since then and they wont response to me they wont tell me how long it will be until Im verified they just continue to take money out of my account and I cant get in contact with them to stop it or get my refund. And when they do response that make it seems as if your not doing your part. I feel like I have been scammed and I also have to take it up with my leasing compactly because they advertised it to me

      Paypadz has been charging me $24.99 for the past 6 months. They continue to tell me on my account that my status is still pending but I have reached out to cancel my account multiple times and I don't get a response. I reached out last month and I was finally in contact with someone but nothing has been resolved. They still continue to take $24.99 out of my account and I need it to stop.

      I signed up for pay padz to use when I was renting an apartment. I am no longer renting yet they are still charging me a monthly fee. Ridiculous. I asked to cancel back in august yet I am still being charged. I wasn't my $24 refund

      This company has charged my account several times without providing the services promised. There is no phone number to speak to a real human, instead, they communicate from emails that go unanswered for 3 to 5 days. They charge your card, then the account goes back to pending verification. I signed up in July, ( no services provided), and August (no services provided), although they are still charging me. This company I believe is located overseas, and not in California like they claim to be. Paypadz is definitely a group of scammers that are working together, do not use this fake made-up company.

      I downloaded and paid $24.99 for the Paypadz program with rent assistance. I was in a bind and on the verge of losing my home. After trying to log in several attempts in just a matter of days, it kept saying my email was not active. I tried to make contact via phone and email. After about a week I was told I didn't have an account but my money was taken. So I then requested a refund and whatever they had in the system to be cancelled. I have only received emails from a ******* I then began asking about the length of time it would take for approval and such. While still asking for to be cancelled. For about three months and $24.99 each month being drafted, not hearing anything but then keep asking for information that was already submitted. They were ignoring my request to be cancelled. I then was also told that I would get a refund, then switched to it had to be reviewed. I have every email, there's no actual phone number to reach a live person. I have still continued to get my money back and now they have since stopped responding.
