I was employed on a probationary period of two months for the company to see if I was a good fit, The owners communicate through What'sApp chats with up to 5 groups. I never met them in person. Incidentally, both owners were named Via Vivienne. Never got a last name much less knew who I was talking to. I discovered them on Indeed and applied and got the job. They were so excited and grateful. After two or threes weeks, their demeanor towards me changed. I have no idea why. All I know was I witnessed so much questionable activity that I was floored. I saw the store manager cut the tag out of a gown that arrived in a size too small and told to fake it and get her in the dress. They put me in charge of social media, and I was required to follow 40 brides a day on Instagram to build clientele. They had only been on Phoenix for 9 months. When I asked how to go about following brides, they said to go to other bridal store media accounts and follow their brides. Pretty sharky to do much less require to do it for them. I was paid 17.00 an hour for this probation period with the offer to go to 20.00. Never got that far. I suddenly got wind that a previous employee hacked their social media and deleted all their social media posts. I posted several pictures of my own children in gowns to help model only to see comments like "I hate you people". My first paycheck was off by 43.00. They have numerous orders for brides that are delivered incorrect whether it be sizing, alterations, etc. Or, the item ordered was wrong altogether. Imagine starting a new job to be told to cut tags out to dupe a bride that just spent 2,000.00 on the wrong gown and watch her shimmy into the dress if her dreams while the mother looks on I'm saddened disappointment. Paycheck periods changed weekly. We were constantly doing damage control and placating brides while they lied and tried to "cover up" their mistakes. They fired me because I wasn't selling enough. Well, frankly I didn't have the heart to stomach another bride being lied to. They beat my social media responsibility to death with insane expectations. They made me use my own phone to house all their photos and post content. If they didn't like the photo they text me at 11:30 pm - Too dark. I'm so sorry are you paying me 17.00 to be available at 11:30pm? Horrible company. Horrible horrible. And they're all foreign and speak terribly broken English. Communication was impossible. Hi back to your own country if this is how you do business.

    Vivienne Atelier Bridal Shop Response

    09/29/2021

Please take off this review as this is written by a angry ex employee of the company that was recently fired during probation due to unsatisfactory conduct and is now upset and fracture false facts and information to slander the company reputation with false information . Please kindly remove the review as this is not a customer buying experience with us but an angry employee that was fired and do something out of vengence.

    Customer Response

    09/29/2021

This is to be expected in terms of a response as they are all over social media today doing damage control.

They literally have fake reviews for their store under the names of employees.

My first paycheck was WRONG and on a different day than stated in my offer letter.

They lie profusely to brides and bully employees. Evidently they have made a lot of people angry from former employees hacking their social media and deleting. Hence, why they are quaking in their racist boots. Always placing blame and not taking responsibility.

I'm not angry I'm stating the truth. What reputable business has comments on their feed saying " I hate these people ".

    And I exhibited misconduct...
