Awful, would give zero stars if I could. Very unprofessional and rude company. I ordered pet food 2 weeks ago, received 2 invoices and confirmation of order, plus pick up instructions. I arrive at the pick up location at the time specified in the emails, & there is no van there, I wait 20 mins then call Simon, he says the driver should have texted me to say he would arrive 50 mins late, which he did not. I wait around for another 30 mins until the driver arrives and there is no delivery for me in the van. I call Simon to find out what is going on and he is downright belligerent towards me. He is haranguing me that I ordered out of sequence so of course my package was not in the delivery, which is a ridiculous stance to take. Nowhere on his website does it dictate the ordering sequence. From my perspective, I ordered pet food 2 weeks ago, received an order confirmation and 2 invoices, then pick up instructions for a specified date and time which I followed. I explained this to him and he told me that I should look at the FAQ section of his site, again, it does not talk about delivery sequence or anything like that. Simon was downright rude and very unprofessional. I ended up canceling my order, I would not deal with this company again.
