I ordered pipes it took months.finally got the pipes Then pipes didn’t fit I asked for a replacement and was denied then asked for a refund and was denied . One pipe was longer than the other and they said that’s how they come. I ordered a set 2 years earlier and had no problems. Not happy and will never buy another set again from themInitial Complaint

Delayed order with processing time from chrome company compared to time frame listed on the website (3-4 weeks was the listing) Order was finally said to shipped and it was sent to the wrong address by the fault of the business. Was told to just go to the address it was sent to. Have not received that package and a refund was promised over the phone however the refund was never issued and the company stopped answering phone calls/texts and emails. At this point I just wanted my money back but it has been 6 days since a refund was promised and the company completely stopped all communication. I am now at a loss of my time, money and no have product. I wanted to trust that the other reviews to this business were inaccurate but what everyone says is true—accurate communication is no where to be found they give you the run around and then you’re at fault. Now I have a total loss on my hands. Will never be purchasing directly from this company again.
