I've contacted Hogue Inc. several times stating I have not received my package & tracking info hasn't changed in 2 weeks. They responded to saying they would find answers & get back to me. I've not heard anything since nor been able to get a response to my second email. This is a very shady business! Buyers bewareBusiness response

I purchased a set of firearm grips from Hogue Grips 1/30/2023 for a Taurus PT-92. Hogue website indicated the Grips would fit the PT-92, PT-99. When I received Grips, they didn't fit (holes didn't line up because they were too long. I called customer service on 1/3/2023 and spoke to customer service rep Raya B**** and explained the problem, Ms. B**** asked me to take pictures and email her showing they didn't fit. After several attempts to do so I called Ms. B**** back and informed her of the problem. During that conversation, I told her I have a PT-92 compact she then stated that was the problem and she would email me the address where to return them, she didn't , so I call back on 2/7/2023. I spoke to a customer service rep name David, I informed him of the situation, he stated he didn't want to get involved and he would leave a message for Ms. B**** and she would get back to me. I didn't understand that since I was only asking for the address to return the Grips. As of this date (2/26/2023) I have not heard from Ms. B****. Hogue has contacted Mr. W***** and offered him a complete refund. We arranged to have him ship the product back at no cost to him. We also extended him an offer for an additional discount on a future purchase. Mr. W***** was happy with the out come and expressed thanks for contacting him.
