      No one cares to make this right! Recently ordered some grips that cost $124. They showed up splitting and had two other cracks. I emailed the hogue team and got no response for 2 weeks. In my first message I sent three good photos and they still asked me for more photos and I had to wait another week for a final response, saying I will need to send my grip back to hogue for a return and they need to inspect the grip before sending me a new one.. it’s almost been a month now and I’ve been stuck with a broken grip! Oh yeah, I paid an extra $50 bucks for 2 day shipping! So I’m out $180! This company is a complete joke!

      Hogue has reached out to the customer to resolve the issue.  His phone is not accepting calls at this time.  We have a process to follow when exchanging product.  The representative was following that process.  We are certainly wanting to help this customer.  We have since emailed him requesting him to call in to customer service for assistance.  Hogue stands by their product.

      Terrible customer service from J***** ****. I ordered a pirhana grip at about 2pm on a Saturday, and after doing some further research decided that was not the right grip for my purposes. I sent en email a few hours later to cancel and reimburse my order BEFORE my order was processed or shipped. They sent me the item and charged me anyways. I called when I got the package and asked if they got my email to cancel the order, which they did, but said they processed it anyways and now I was responsible to ship it back to them. Paid 18$ from UPS to get it back to them for them still shipping an item that should have never shipped to me in the first place. They started saying “well you should have called us since you didn’t get a reply via email”, which I did and the offices were. Very unhelpful staff and quite unprofessional.

      I purchased a Hogue knife and after approximately a year and a half of ownership, it experienced a spring failure, which is not uncommon to this type of knife. On 2/5/24, I reached out to Hogue via the email address listed on their website and inquired about ordering a replacement part. Hogue did not respond so on 2/11/24, I followed up again via email. Again, Hogue did not respond so on 2/13/24, I reached out via the contact form on Hogue's website. The following day, I received an email response asking me to provide the model number of the knife, my address, and telephone number. I replied the same day (2/14/24) and provided the requested information. Yet again, I did not receive any form of response, confirmation that my information had been received, or any further indication that the warranty part had been fulfilled and shipped. On 3/1/24, I followed up yet again via email and inquired about the status of the part. On 3/7/24, I attempted to reach Hogue via their social media accounts on Instagram and X (Twitter) but neither message generated a response. On 3/12/24, I sent a final message via Hogue's webform that expressed my frustration with their company, warranty support, and customer service. Hogue has not responded and I expect that they will not. This should have been an easy customer service win for a company that proudly states on its website that customer satisfaction is their number one priority. Well, I am neither satisfied nor a customer from this day forth. Caveat emptor.

      Customer was sent his parts for his knife. Hogue stands behind their products and is always willing to work with our customers to repair our products. We apologize if there was any mis-communication or inconvenience.

      ******* W. I bought a set of Grips for a Taurus PT-92 C. Hogue website indicated the Grips would fit the PT-92, PT-99. When I received the Grips they didn't fit (holes didn't line up because they were too long. I called customer service on 2/3/2023 and spoke with customer service rep R*** ***** and explained the situation. Ms. B**** asked me to take pictures and email her showing they didn't fit. After several attempts to so I called Ms. B**** back and informed her of the problem. Doing that conversation, I told her I have a PT-92 compact, she then stated that was the problem and she would email me the address where to send them, she never did. I called back on 2/7/2023, I spoke to a customer service rep identified as David. I informed him of the situation, he stated he didn't want to get involved and he'll leave a message for Ms. Breaw and she would get back to me. Needless to say, she never did. Also, if and when I received the address, why should I have to pay for the return shipping. Hogue website description should have clearly stated the Grips would not fit a PT-92 C and I would never have purchased them.
