In February i was treated very poorly by the "manager" at the Paso Robles office. So much so that I did not want to go back. They called and asked why I didn't come in for the appointment I had with my son for contact trial and I let them know what had happened on my previous visit. They were super understanding and assured me that it wouldn't happen again and they have had a lot of staff changes so they didn't think that would be an issue so I went ahead and rescheduled. . Only to see the same person that treated me like dirt. I got uncomfortable and walked back to my sons room. She saw me, she asked if she could help me and I let her know I didnt want to speak to her. She laughed and I asked for a manager and she proceeded to make fun of me and tell me she is as high as I can get besides the doctor. I requested to talk to a doctor and she told me he's busy and didn't have time. It really upset me she was treating me this way AGAIN. So I didn't leave until I spoke with the doctor. He seemed frustrated to even need to talk to me because the "manager" told him it was a billing issue. Which that is not the case. I didn't have a balance with them. My issue was how absolutely disgusted I was with the customer service. I'm almost out of room to type and I didn't even get to the atrocious things that lady did that made me not want to go back. Sorry Dr. W****. You are amazing. I highly suggest you guys hire on personality because you can always teach the rest. That lady should not work with the public. I could literally hear her talking trash about me TO THE DOCTOR as he's about to walk in The storage room they made me wait for him in. How embarrassing. I felt completely targeted and judged and that is not a good feeling. I would hate to think she's this way with everyone but even the lady we had an appointment with told us that they have a lot of complaints about how rude she is. Not ok.
