I purchased a Zurn Wilkins 34-710 3/4" 710 Pressure Vacuum Breaker Assembly on 9/1/23. I had it properly winterized and covered in a blanket, yet 6 months later the valve body is already cracked. I contacted customer service to have it replaced under warranty but after a week of going back and forth with customer service in India, I’m told it is not covered under warranty.Initial Complaint

I contacted Zurn company on 7/5/2022 to request some details for a repair kit. I have a Wilkins pressure regulator size 1-inch with model BR4. I searched everywhere and no way I can find a repair kit for this model. Zurn answered my online request and told me they discontinued the BR4 model. I’m disappointed to see a company that produces products and stop supporting it with repair kits and forcing me to buy a new regulator. The new regulator may not be a direct replacement for the existing one and may require hiring a plumber. This will be adding unnecessary costs for an issue that could be easy diy repair.
