On January 25, 2023 I scheduled an appointment to get my 2022 taxes filed and my 2020 taxes revised. The tax preparer initially submitted my 2020 taxes in error which caused me to lose out on significant money on my tax return as well as now needing it to be revised and adjusted. She said from that appointment that she will take care of it and call franchise tax board the next day and call me to provide a resolution. The next day came and went and did not hear back from her. Weeks came and went and still havent heard back from her. I kept calling her office but I kept getting a voicemail or a call back later message or just her assistant telling me the tax preparer is busy. Around March I finally get a hold of the tax preparer and she tells me shes too busy to talk to me because shes with a client and to be patient. Ive been patient for 3 months now and still no resolution. After that call I still have yet to get a resolution. Ive been calling and texting and none of my calls, voicemails and text have been returned. She has not followed up on rectifying in revising my **************************************************************************************************** resolution from the tax preparer who did my 2020 taxes from Patterson Financial. Patterson Financial has not reached out to resolve my problem.
