On December 23 2021 I had an oil change done at this location that total $141.10. Before the services were performed I showed the man I was speaking with a printed out e-gift card and asked will I be able to use this to which he replied sure "I can try". I then asked "what do mean you can try? Can I or not"? He tells me that the print out is no good and I need the email instructions which I pulled up on my phone and he looked at it and said that's how you redeem it. It had instructions for how the cashier should enter information on the screen during redemption process that read thru while my car was being serviced. When it was time to pay I showed the cashier my phone and he said "Didn't I tell you to read it" in a very condescending demeanor to which I replied "I did it says right here what to do" showing him my phone which he was clearly annoyed by and says here you have to enter the information manually and starts typing stuff into the credit card swipe machine. First of all I don't work there and it isn't my job to know how to redeem their gift cards and I certainly don't need someone who has such a superior condescending manner treating me like I am somehow putting him out by trying to use this to pay for my service. I was then told I had an invalid gift card that didn't work and I asked if he was doing it right and he turned the key pad toward me and said "well you do it then if you think I am doing it wrong" and I said I'll pay for it and take it up with Corporate which I tried to do but they are unreachable. I verified the card number with a Jiffy Lube gift card service rep and it is indeed valid for $100. The invoice number on my receipt is 14549316 and I would like my e-gift card honored and my $100 that I paid back
