I purchased a turbo kit for my car on May 26, 2023 of the amount of $6506.50 paid in full no payment plans, paid in full. The business prides itself on turbo kits. I want my money back in full. Ive been waiting over a year and nothing. The business stoped replying to my emails in January, they never one time picked up my calls. *** tried my best to get this problem resolved but I need help. On april 7, 2023 I placed an order for a turbo kit that was only supposed to take 8-12 weeks. Invoice for the order was #***** I tried reaching out multiple times via email and phone to get an updated lead time. Since I know things happen and sometimes you have trouble sourcing parts. Which may delay the lead time. However, it is nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone. Coming across multiple posts online stating to stay away from this guy and his business Gonzevo Motorsports. I've tried being patient but seeing posts like that make me just want a refund.Initial Complaint

So I ordered my kit in nov of 2022 and asked for additional powder coating on the kit knowing there would be wait times. I was later told in march if 2023 that they were waiting on parts and would ship the kit out soon. So I waited until November and they told me they could send out some of the parts and I agreed and now I havent received anything yet and they havent responded to my emails in 2 months. I want my money back at this point because I have not been given any info that has been true yet. Worst business to buy fromInitial Complaint

Ordered a kit back on july 20th 2022 paid in full wait time was roughly 6 months on the website. Its now October of 2023 and I have not received any product. Im demanding a refund here before I take legal action. *** reached out to the owner gonzevo through email multiple times mostly with no response or false promises.Initial Complaint

I ordered a kit for my car in a October of 2022. They claim on there website 2-3 months ship time. I already tried to refund through affirm but it didnt go well. This company apparently is known for not sending out kits to customers and if they do they dont even fit. I spend **** dollars or so and havent been able to drive my car. They respond ever so often but rarely answer when I ask about shipping. They shipped out one item because affirm made them but when I asked affirm about it, the company claimed they sent out the whole thing I honestly would just like a refund at this point. I ordered a turbo kit for my 370z on 06/06/2022. On the company website it states kits are made to order and wait times are up to 10 to 12 weeks. I patiently waited 10 months before receiving what I thought was my full kit, only to find out it wasn't. I contacted ***************************** (Owner of company) via email on 04/04/2023 and inquired about the rest of my kit. I didn't get a reply until 04/19/2023 because I told him id get my bank involved to initiate a fraud claim and he said they ship things out as they're completed to save shelf space, ok fair. I wait more after exchanging a few emails (04/21/2023) after he assured me a box could ship same day with more parts and then after that there would be one last box with parts THAT ARE NOT FABRICATED IN HOUSE. 06/19/2023 i send another email because i haven't received anything. At this point its been over a year, 365 days and i still don't have the complete kit I paid for, even though company states lead times are 10 to 12 weeks. 07/24/2023 I send another email because i have gotten no replies from ******, The last time ****** replied was on 07/06/2023 and he asked for my order number so he could look me up in the system, even though we had an open email thread. There's no listed shop/office number anywhere so you cant even call to inquire about your order, all of his social media comments have people begging him to check his email, The parts that I'm missing aren't made in house by Gonzevo Motorsports as i stated above so I'm not sure why the owner cant email me an eta on the rest of my order. ill be attaching the entire email thread. At this point i just want the rest of my kit so I can be done with this business and move on. I don't want to resort to legal action but my bank says its been longer than their allotted time to start a dispute so it may be the only option left if this isn't resolved with this complaint.
