In November 2024 i bought a 2011 4runner for work since i am working in ******** **. I took the vehicle to work multiple times and no problem. I decided to buy a leveling kit for my vehicle, rims, tires, with balance and alignment. So far, I have taken my vehicle back to the shop at least 10 times, left the vehicle over night 2 times and 1 time for over 36 hours. The vehicle pulls towards the side that you are turning and brakes as I am driving. I have had over 20 close calls while driving i nearly miss on coming traffic. It is a hazard and I don't feel safe, I am risking my life on driving this vehicle. I drive from perris CA to ******** ** for work and I need this vehicle since it has 4x4. This vehicle has slide out of the icy road 3 times nearly missing the guard rails on the cliff because it brakes all of a sudden. When I try to remove the traction control it turns back on, on its own, and my alignment is horrible, it keeps on leaning to the passager side. Last time I brought it to the shop it was around December 20th and they told me that their specialists left to ****** and that they will call me once he arrive. Up to now I have not received a call. I called the finance company to informed them about the situation and Perris tires and wheels is now they are saying that it has mechanical issues. They are the ones that broke my vehicle. All I want is my vehicle to work properly as it did when I first bought it.Initial Complaint

i went to perris tires and wheels on march 4 2022 to ask about wheel refurbishment and price for two new tires we negotiated on 800$ for all 4 wheels and 2 tires the only issue i had was not being with out my vehicle which is where edgar told me they can give me temporary wheels while they do the refurbishment i asked how long is the process to complete the refurbishment edgar stated two to three business days which was perfect and set an appointment with them for Monday march 7th and had to leave a deposit of 200$ I went in on Monday march 7th so the can install the temporary wheels edgar stated to give him a couple hours and will call me when it’s ready since they where busy so i left the car i did not hear back from them so I decided to call and edgar stated that it will be ready soon i told him that i can pick up the car in the morning if that will help he said yes it will be ready by then i go in on march 8th and they have not started on my car i had to wait almost 2 hours I explained to them i had to go to work and that i was not happy and wanted a refund and edgar stated no i can not get a refund and the only way to get my wheels back is if i paid in full since he can’t return the product I reluctantly paid in full after receiving my car they installed 3 different wheels sizes and 3 different tires the vehicle is not safe to drive I explained to them and edgar stated that is all they can i asked when will my wheels be ready now he stated Friday it seems like i had no choice but to wait i called Thursday since i have not heard from them in what time i can swap the wheels they stated they will call me back I didn’t hear from them so i called Friday 11th and they said they will call me back Monday 14th i called again on the 14th just to be put on hold and told they will call me back on Tuesday i called again just to be told the exact same thing i still have not heard from them since
