    I bought a laptop from this company for a Christmas present for my grandson. He started having problems with it immediately. I contacted the manager who sold it to me and said if I continue to have problems bring it in and he will check it out because it was still under warranty and call me when it was it was ready. I took it to him and did not hear from him for two weeks, so I decided to call to see what the status was because no one called me like he said they would. He apologized and said he ordered a pair and he should have it ready in about two to three days. He said he would call me. Once again, another week goes by, no call. So, I called him and again he apologized for not calling. He said he replaced the part but the laptop was still turning off and he didnt know why so he was going to order me another and would call me when it comes in. Same thing, no call. Bye this time its going on 2 months. So I finally said, youre not keeping your word, so just refund me my money. He said he would but he couldnt find the receipt and his register only keeps records for 90 days . He asked if I had my receipt, I said no, because it was in my purse they got stolen. He said he would have to get the receipt from some other source. I said youre the one sold it to me, so you should know what you sell your laptop for me considering youre the manager and the one who checked me out. But he refused to give me my refund even though he knows I bought from him. He kept saying you need to find your receipt. Even though *** already told him that my receipt was in my purse that was stolen. I asked him, where is your receipt? Youre running a business you should have a receipt. In the end, he started blocking my calls, whenever I was go by the store to talk with him he was never there and when the employees would call him, he would tell them that I needed my receipt.so they gave it back to me without repairing it and still kept my money.
