      on June 28, 2022, i had direct plumbing replace all plumbing under my mobile home. when the job was completed, I was told that the job had a lifetime warranty. I was told that I would receive a copy of my warranty and my receipts. as of today, I still have not received any paperwork for work completed or my warranty, it has now been five month and after numerous phone calls and talking to their office and **** i have still been unsuccessful in getting any results. thank you ******* ****

      This company installed a new water heater in my home on May 31. I called my warranty company (First Am Home Warranty) on June 2, advising that the new water heater is leaking. They sent a new claim to DC plumbing. Their plumber arrived on the morning of June 3, verified the leak, verified that it needs to be replaced, & left. I have left voice mails, texts, & emails (as directed on their outgoing msg) daily since June 3 but have not received a reply in any way. According to my warranty co, DC Plumbing is disputing (with the warranty co & the distributor of the heater) who is responsible for getting the second new water heater to my home so they can install it. It’s now been a week without hot water & I paid them over $600 out of my pocket for the initial installation. To add to my concern, my elderly mom who has been in the hospital for 4 weeks & has chronic health issues, is coming home today. I feel this is unacceptable service.

      12/17/2021 our home warranty (old republic) contacted this business to replace a water heater that was making loud popping noises and sparking. The water heater could not maintain enough hot water to shower or even do dishes. On 12/17/2021 direct connection came out to inspect our water heater and deemed it unsafe. Direct connection ordered a new hot water heater and made 3 appointment to replace, all of which the tech never showed up. 1/31/2022 a tech showed up to replace the heater only to realize it didn’t fit. The tech said he’d be back within 2 hours. He never returned. After calling the company phone number for two days, finally the receptionist said someone would be returning to fix the issue by 2/3/2022 from the hours of 9-1p. At 2:30p the receptionist stated the tech was running late and would not be coming today. This business lacks any sense of professionalism and left my family without hot water for 4 days. This has been a complete hassle and hunting down a business to do the work they promised to do is not acceptable. We were promised to have a hot water heater by 12/18/2021 and it is now 2/3/2022.

      Our dispatch system shows that you requested us to come out on 02/22/2022 to look at an issue with your bathtub. While tech was on site, he checked the water heater, and it was working fine.
