New home owners fell victim to malicious advertisement posing as the United States Postal Services claiming there was a package/parcel on hold for the address. Rushed through contract signing portion as well. Salesperson came over on October 15, 2022, and the installation of the water "purification" unit was performed on October 16, 2022. Over the next few days, noticed brown water coming through pipes after the installation, and had no luck contacting Ocean Pacific Water Systems until a few months later. Tried to have the company come uninstall their equipment and take it back but resolution was not met. Company also claims to be a "BBB member, certified dealer and water treatment specialist." The system is not wanted anymore for obvious reasons of falling victim to their advertisements posed as the USPS. Manger with customer support unhelpful. (8************Business response

Hello B******
This was the conversation we had with him recently. He wants to cancel after one year of having our product. We have a three day cancellation policy.
"I am really sorry that you felt that you had a negative experience with Ocean Pacific Water Systems. We do understand you cannot afford the system due to the conversation you had with our customer service support. We do have a cancellation policy which allows you to cancel any time within that time period. We cannot cancel a system after it's been used for four months. We have been nothing but helpful to you, we were just not able to cancel. I am terribly sorry we could not have helped you further. Thank you for your concerns."

I am rejecting this response because:
1.) Have not had the product for a year.
2.) "3" days is inadequate time to ensure the product is in fact beneficial.3.) System has been maintained properly, ensuring there is no major defects cosmetically or mechanically.4.) The advertisement used to gain business was malicious like I had previously stated.5.) We were ignored the first month of attempting to reach out.
6.) "We do understand you cannot afford the system." Continuing to have said product would not benefit either party according to this statement.
