I have tried to call this company to let him know that the cord was defective I bought it last July and I had a warranty but they told me I cannot return it or get a refund and they said that it only lasted for several months and it was $67 and 25 cents I have the receipt and I called them but what happened was I ended up being in the hospital I got ill towards the end of September towards October I was at work I came home so forth and then I was away Medical leave until from almost the end of November December to the first week of March then I was back in medical treatment this year as an indicated it was beginning of March and I'm kind of confused because the months went by the dates went by and it was just insane and then I was back in Medical Treatments and examinations and April and May and then I have to see a doctor for another issue in June and July with about five or six appointments and then in August I was in the hospital again for two surgeries and then I had another surgery a week ago so it's been pretty stressful this past year but because I lost a little time they treated me so disrespectful I called I called I had to get some help with some medical some small fees to have to be addressed and I had to get some help because I couldn't work so that's another situation and they were very nasty about it they could have said oh well you bought it and it's not really really an old piece of machinery and it's not a whole lot of money but you know when you're not able to work and you need a little extra change on you then what does fun do your customer I'm a company and vice versa I will do my best to help the customer and say this is not a regular occurrence let me help them but they were very nasty about it and I feel bad I feel like I thought I got a great electronic piece of equipment and it turned out to be horrible so I just wanted to let you know what was going on thank you and I hope something can be done thank you.
