This is ******* ***************************, I filed for Bankruptcy on September 14, 2023. Im receiving harassment telephone calls from Optio Solutions. Im requesting this company to cease & stop contacting me about a debt I dont owe. Im in pre litigation with Autonation. In the court case or arbitration meeting all matters will be resolved and addressed by my attorney. An automatic stay has been ordered by the petition filing of my bankruptcy. If Optio Solutions continues to contact me I will file harassment charges and a lawsuit against this company.Business response

I was scammed/hacked between early December2021 to early January 2022.It was Identity theft and fraud. I lost a lot of money through multiple transactions.The scammer opened an account in my name with Trustly Kragen Cryptocurrency, Qualia Collection Services is now trying to collect $7,500.00 for Trustly/ Kragen.I sent QCS a note on March 7/2022 explaining that I was scammed and my identity was stolen.They have been sending letters to me every month asking for payment.Please help me resolve this big problem.I have reported my situation to Santa ***** Count sheriff and the FBI.Please HELP,*****************Business response
