I purchased a CSA box from this company and was charged for items I did not receive. I have attempted contacting the company 5 times, both by email and phone call over the last month and no one has returned with any correspondence. I want my money back for the items I was charged for and did not receive!Initial Complaint

They never credited me the money for missing items ($13 ) in my February delivery. After many many phone messages and emails they have not responded. Today finally someone named ******* answered the phone and as I identified myself and said that I had questions about my account he hung up on me. I called back several times with no answer.Business response

My sincere apologies. I am beyond horrified to discover our error. Im sure it is no consolation that youre not the only one. I also apologize that it took me this long to make this discovery. Since assuming management of **** Firma Ive left systems in place while I iteratively worked through the various operations to make necessary changes and upgrades.
CSA coordination and customer service wasnt an area I thought needed so much attention. I recently assumed some of the backlog support associated with our transition to a new store platform. Its been a great opportunity to connect with some of our members directly and it seemed all was moving forward to a better, more robust system. Friday afternoon, however, I was hit with the unfortunate news that we have been horrible to some of our members. I have spent my weekend on the phone and digging into our support email account where I just discovered your issue. There is no excuse and I take responsibility for allowing this to occur.
Please allow me to make amends. Ill reach out by phone tomorrow (dont want to interrupt your weekend) to see if there is anything I can do at this point and you are welcome to respond to this email. My cell phone is in my signature line. Dont hesitate to reach out now and if we havent lost you any time in the future for any reason.
Again my sincere apologies this was the last thing I expected to discover as we roll out our new website and store and prepare for an exciting year.
