      For 9 days I have been trying to contact ***** office via email and telephone pertaining to the purchase of my wine ( ORDER #KUA-4698 2 ITEMS CREATED ON 8/11/2023) . I have not been successful in these attempts, including my direct emails to you.I received one message from their "staff" and they indicated that the wine was to be shipped on 8/18/23 and yet my REPEATED requests to have a tracking number and the name of the carrier have been ignored. The wine has still not been delivered to us despite my repeated attempts to get this done via EMAIL and verbally through their customer service department and the *** directly.Wine Spies is a scam operation and I will make sure you are held to account for your devious, manipulative, and illegal activities.I DEMAND EITHER:THE REIMBURSEMENT OF THE $75.57 THAT I PAID FOR THIS "WINE; OR DELIVERY OF THE WINE AS PROMISED BY THURSDAY 8/25/23 I CAN ASSURE YOU WITH 100% CERTAINTY I WILL NOT REST UNTIL EITHER I GET MY MONEY BACK OR THE WINE. THEY WILL NOT SCAM ME. All other information is attached

      ********************** complaint was escalated to management, and the situation was discussed at length.

      The product has been returned back to us for inspection, and we have offered a full refund if it is desired.

      Hello Operative *******,


      I was able to do a thorough investigation of the ticket and here is exactly what occured:
      On 8/9 at 12:41p you placed the order for the 3 bottles of *******. As our system allows for only 2 Lockers to be open at a time, the purchase of those bottles simultaneously instructs our system to ship one of the Lockers. The checkout dialogue does indicate this clearly, though we are working to make it even more clear. However, that did come to your attention, since at 12:44 you wrote in to request the Locker did not in fact ship.
      At 1:01pm the system automatically uploaded the order, and our fulfillment company processed the shipment for fulfillment.

      Simultaneously, Agent ***** responded to your request, and updated our system with the a future requested ship date and informed you that we completed your request.
      Unfortunately, because it had already been processed, the fulfillment company's system didn't reflect that change made on our end.
      This went unnoticed by our team, and so the shipment proceeded even though it looked set up to be held until 9/8 in our system, which is why at 3:23 Agent Blanc incorrectly reiterated it would no tbe shipped.
      On 8/11 the package was shipped, at which point you received notification and brought it to our attention.
      What we're now doing to correct it:
      KAN-5090 has been returned to sender. We will receive the package back at our warehouse and inspect it. Should there be any concerns at all, we'll replace the wines or issue a credit. We'll be sure to notify you as soon as that's complete.
      SXW-1650 has been "reopened" and can now be viewed in My Lockers and shipped at your convenience.
       A credit for $25 has been placed on your account for the inconvenience this has caused.
      A few notes:
      Please let me know that the above resolution is satisfactory.
      We deeply appreciate your business. Wine Spies has been in business for 16 years and has the distinction of the longest running wine flash sale operation. We continue to stay in business and grow due to an unwavering commitment to our Operatives that any problems are solved to the their satisfaction. There's no need to note your legal credentials - we'll always make it right.

      Our system is highly automated, which makes us very efficient, and that's a good thing. It is a double-edged sword though, as sometimes it moves faster than human intervention will allow. We're constantly working to improve our system, and we will soon have options to expand your Lockers. In the meantime if you need more than two cases held, the best practice would be to write to us and we'll manually place one on hold (freeing up Locker space) before placing the order.

      I bought wines from winespies on **** The wine is priced at $499 per bottle, and I bought two bottles for $39.42 per bottle using a discount code.And delivery started on March 3, but the wine was returned without any notice during delivery.I have emailed winespies several times regarding this issue, but have not received a response in over 10 days.They don't even give refunds.I'll leave my account information and order number below for your reference.Account 1 : ****************** Account 2 : ******************* Order Number 1 : #VKC-1200 Order Number 2 : #***-5845 I want to get ******** back or a reward equivalent to the original price of the wines.

      I have an additional request regarding Complaint #********.

      I also bought wine on winspies.com with another account.(Account is ******************)

      The wine I bought was $499, and I paid $19.42 using a discount code.(Order number is #EXN-6403)

      Delivery started on March 3, but the wine was returned without any notice during delivery.

      And winespies.com canceled the payment on March 4th without a word.

      However, the wine is still sold on winespies.com. I think they canceled the payment because they didn't want to apply the discount code.

      I want to get the wine back at the price with the discount code applied.

      Could you please forward this to winespies.com as well?

      I've emailed about this issue several times but they haven't responded.

      I've received refund for Order Number VKC-**** and ******** on 3.21.

       

      But all I want is to get the wines I ordered delivered.

       

      The wines I ordered are still on sale on winespies.com.

       

      There is no reason why my order should be cancelled.

       

      There are no valid rules even when looking at terms & privacy on the winespies.com website.

      I am rejecting this response because:

       

      1. Regarding Referral Credit

      The accounts I created were for my families. So, this is not a referral for myself.

      Is it a problem to create an additional account for a family who is not familiar with the internet?

      Nevertheless, if this is an issue with the rules of winespies.com, please cancel the referral credit I received.


      2. Regarding Promcode ****

      The Promo Code **** I used was provided by winespies.com via email.

      There was no information about the scope of promo code usage in the email they provided. So i used this to buy a chateau cheval blanc.

      How could it be a scam to buy wine with the promocode they provided?

      If there is a problem, it is a problem with winespies.com that did not give exact instructions and made the **** code apply to other wines as well.

      I made a legitimate purchase using coupons, not a manipulating system.


      3. Regarding Customer Service

      If ******************** says their actions are just, i want to ask why they deliberately ignored all of my numerous contacts.

      Before filing a complaint with the BBB, I wanted to discuss this with winespies first.

      I have contacted winespies.com more than 10 times via email and website,

      I also left a question on their social media account.

      Still, they never gave me a single reply and didn't give me a refund for three weeks.

      Moreover, winespies are ignoring legitimate inquiries from customers and treating them as thieves. This is clearly an act of deceiving consumers.

      There's no reason not to contact me if they haven't done anything wrong.


      I am currently in Korea due to covid and I am not familiar with English.

      Winespies did not respond to my inquiry, so I had no choice but to file a complaint with the BBB and the Korea Consumer Agency.

      Is winespies a business that discriminates against foreigners who cannot speak English well?

      I filed a complaint and wanted an answer from them. I didn't damage their reputation.


      4. Request for follow-up

      If referral of accounts created for my families are problem, please deduct the referral credit of each account.

      And once again I demand delivery of my orders.

      The application of the **** Promocode is only a matter of winespies. I did nothing wrong.

      Wine Spies has made its position clear and will not be responding any further. At this point, the individual is knowingly requesting that the company provide product at a loss to the business of over $1300. That is not the position of a reasonable person interested in engaging in business in good faith. Wine Spies has the right to refuse service to anyone, and is exercising its right in this case as it believes that ********** has taken actions that demonstrate he is not interested in a mutually beneficial relationship.

      Until now, they have deliberately ignored my inquiries, and again they are refusing to respond to consumer inquiries.
