I purchased frames and lenses from this facility through VSP insurance. These glasses are covered by warranty. The facility was bought out and they are staying they can no longer honor the warranty. The blue light film on the lenses began coming off within the first two weeks of purchase; they did a poor job when placing the blue light film. I attempted to call the facility on multiple occasions and left multiple voice messages. The number they have listed is a ****** Voice number that is not used and the voice messages are not listened to. The company was not aware of this at the time, they are now stating they are trying to get the ****** Voice number removed.They have lied to me stating that I need to go to a new eye doctor that accepts VSP, but when I spoke to the new eye doctor they stayed the previous facility needs to honor the warranty regardless of whether or not they are contracted through ***********. I was not informed that this facility was selling their practice. I would not have purchased my glasses here otherwise.Today, I called about 7 times and kept getting transferred. By the end of it, I was being told I was being transferred to the first person I spoke to because she was the only person that could do anything. I have been put on hold repeatedly and transferred incessantly to people who say they can't help.I have been robbed from and can't afford to get these glasses fixed myself. I have recorded these conversations and have screenshotted the incorrect number listed.
