We talked about the paint colors. He brought with him the actual cans of paint and took the time to put small paint samples on the wall of different shades including educating us on what each sheen would look like, flat on ceilings, eggshell on walls, semi-gloss in the kitchen and in the bathroom.Our favorite parts of his team's work:~ In the bathroom, our past contractor for the towel bar had three matching screws and one non-matching one. After painting our bathroom, Padilla's Paint corrected this mismatched area.All of the meticulous work on the:~ window stills ~ all doors (including the accordion closet doors)~ trim ~ the perfect alignment of the kitchen floor patch under the fridge from the past delivery person ripping up the flooring. They fixed it with perfection and cannot see the seams.~They painted the entire popcorn ceiling in our home that made the home look bigger. The construction talents of Jesus and his team repairing anything we needed to be done including a crack from the house settling, caulking all seams with mud, tape, and texturing the cracks and holes on the walls from past tenants, including priming and patching the ceiling popcorn in one of the bedrooms.The tidy cleanliness down to even the garage.The who home was vacuumed, the switch plates were returned to their original settings.They repaired the sheetrock where the phone **** in the kitchen wall that you can't see the damage from a past tenant.All of the hung doors were painted perfectly.Inside the food pantry was painted beautifully with precision and perfection.We are blessed to be your client and that you took on our job with expedited services.
