My dog (*****) has attended this daycare for the past 8 months. On 4/26, I received a call from daycare stating that ***** was bit by another dog near his eye, but that they didnt think he would need stitches. I picked up ***** that afternoon and his eye was ****** and oozy. After receiving no care from the establishment in the days after ***** being bit at their establishment until I had reached out twice and having other issues in the past, I decided on Saturday that I did not feel comfortable sending ***** to that daycare anymore. I called on Saturday, 4/30, to ask to be refunded for the 20 day daycare package I had just recently purchased. The person I spoke to said that their manager would be back on Monday and would call me then to take care of the matter. I did not receive a phone call. I called Monday, 5/2, at 5pm and was told that they would not be able to authorize me a refund. I asked to speak with the manager and they said they were not there and that they would give me a call that day or the next day. They then texted me stating that they spoke to the owner, but that I would still need to wait until Thursday to speak to the general manager. I responded expressing my disappointment. The owner then called me and stated that the general manager had just left for the weekend and I would still need to wait to talk with them and that they would call me to make a deal on Thursday when they return. I would simply like to be refunded the $729 I paid for the 20 day daycare package.
