On 09/01/21, I purchased a manufactured home from Tony’s Mobile Home Service. But before I gave him a check, I asked him what he will fix. The home was an old office No doors, see through windows for walls, No bathrooms, No kitchen and No closets. He claimed he will fix the doors, walls, windows, put the bathrooms, tiny kitchen for all of my appliances, electrical, plumbing and except for the floors. It will be painted also he added. He said just give me 2 months to fix it and have it delivered, move my broken trailer and put that in its place. Delivery and set up plus hook up the septic tank included. He was only asking for deposit but I gave it to him in full $40,000.00 to go a little faster. That was my mistake. On 10/24/21, just barely doing the windows. When he patch the open space, he just slapped a plywood not even good. On 11/02/21, he was going to do the electrical, it took a few months before he got the electrical fix. On 11/25/21, next week drywall. He kept saying house is almost done. I asked him when to deliver it, he said “By Christmas.” My family and I were so excited our house is coming. Christmas came, I asked what happened. He said drywall not finished. On 01/08/22, he said he will be painting next week. On 01/20/22, I asked him if we can see the house. He said probably in 3 more wks. it should be done. We came by, the walls weren’t even done, it was a painted windows, nothing was done. No bathrooms, doors, walls weren’t touching the ceiling, no kitchen. I was very upset. He has new homes in his property but mine is not finished. He delivered the home on 06/07/22 still not finished but will finished in my land. He said it should be finished within 3 days. Up to now, my house is still not finished. He said he has to go to work and he will do mine when he has time but this is his job. He has finished other peoples houses because he said he has to deliver some houses. He took my money and not even thinking of finishing my home. The house isn’t livable
