May or summer of 2022, had a bridge delivered. Dr. *** made a tiny hole in one of the teeth when trying to file it. We agreed to get it delivered knowingly that this can be broken at any time in the future but warranty would covered the replacement if needed. I went back to the dentist office in June of 2024 because the bridge broke. I got a new bridge and it did break again in July when I was chewing food. I visited the dentist on July 30th and was informed by the office mgr ****** ***** that they will not replace it again because it would break again. She said that this should have never been done since it is a long bridge (4 teeth). I told her that this should have been a decision made back in 2022 and they should replace it since they agreed to do it and collected my insurance and my out of pocket money. I've sent her several emails asking for information related to my bridge since I want to open a complaint with my insurance. She replied twice and suggested I go for a consultation to get implants. I do NOT want to incur anymore expenses and all I want is for them to replace my bridge as I paid for it. Thank you very much for your help with this.Customer response
