I bought a new home from ********* in January of this year that came with a home alarm system monitored by *** but serviced by Safe Haven. We called them to set us up and they came immediately and sold us ****** worth of sensors and an outside camera. I uploaded the app on my phone and was able to control and see any issues on the phone. Recently I did not get any notices on my phone and when I went into the app I saw 4 issues with my system. Outside camera was not able to connect to system, front door ring camera was not able to connect as well, garage doors wouldn't open or close and a serious issue that stated that if the system went off there was no guarantee that it would notify Safe Haven. So I called *** as first and they said that it was a power supply issue and I needed to call Safe Haven. I called their number and after waiting on hold for a total of at least 60 minutes I left my info and phone number and the tape said that they would get back in 24 hours. I made this call on Tuesday June 21 as well as Wednesday the 22 and Thursday the 23. I also called a ****** ******** who got us started back in January and left him a message. He responded to file a warranty report through email. This is a serious issue regarding the safety of my home and goods in the home that I pay them each and every month. I left the messages on the tech help line and I did not get any help whatsoever. Someone should have called me day one if not answered the phone since this is a SECURITY COMPANY! I do not want to file a warranty form... I want what I am paying for...someone to either answer the phone and talk me through the problem or a tech to come to the house to fix it. Again, this is a security company that needs to do their job and respond to their customers that are paying their salaries!
