I went to the Wienerschnitzel at *******************************************************. I have been going there probably twice a week since I started working in the area. Their business hours are from 10am to 10pm. I usually stop in around 930pm and get a reeces peanut butter cup shake and two corn dogs. These last two sundays I stopped in and a lady answers the speaker box and I place my order. She tells me we stopped serving shakes already TWO sundays in a row. I ask why? I told her you are the only one who refused to serve shakes at this time, she said we close at 10pm tonight duh you close at 10pm EVERYNIGHT! My theory is she is just too lazy and wants to close up early so she starts shutting down your kitchen early. Do you know that she is doing this? She is costing your business money by closing your kitchen down early. Ill start stopping at jack in the box up the street if you all cant figure this out. The worst part is like tonight. Im in the drive thru. There are cars in front of me. She refused to let me order my shake, so now Im held hostage in your drive thru. I cant go get a shake some place else and you refuse to make one. Every other night when that lady is NOT there I always get a shake. So to me rather than get held hostage in your drive thru line and risk like tonight getting nothing. Id rather play it safe and just go elsewhere. Please fix this situation, this is crazy. Why would I go to a place that has an inconsistent menu?
