On June 1, 2020, I returned two items to McMullen Boutique that I purchased totalling $1,150. I decided to purchase another item for $465 so was only refunded $556.63. My exchange order # is *****. They shipped me the new item that I purchased---a *********************** jumpsuit. This item did not fit me so I returned the jumpsuit via *** and have a tracking receipt saying it was delivered to McMullen. I also received a text from a staff member saying on June 15, 2022 that they did receive the juumpsuit and that my return would be processed within 5-7 days. It is now July 7, 2022 and I've followed up repeatedly to ask them to process my return. I've emailed the owner ****** McMullen but her email bounced back so I am now following up with the BBB to see if you could help me to secure my final refund of $465. I've also looked online and have seen they have done this same thing to other customers so truly would like for someone to look into this. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
