I would like to recover membership costs charged on 11/12/21, 12/13/21, and 1/12/22. I was charged $328 on each date, which amounts to a total of $984 in membership fees. Because the services I received were not as advertised, I would like immediate cancellation of membership as of 1/21/22, and Id like to withdraw my authorization from this company to request future charges.I did not receive the benefits that were advertised and promised by this business, JumpstartMD. The business promised that benefits services would be equivalent even if clients seek services remotely, when in fact the businesses withheld certain benefits to remote clients and failed to deliver benefits as promised This business failed to deliver certain benefits and services promised such as (but not limited to) weekly vitamin shots, program materials PDFs/ physical books, safe medical supervision, comprehensive evaluations Client provided feedback to the business directly and to member services. The business combines multiple visits/materials to deliver fewer services in total and continues to pressure client to continue membership and continue payments This business failed to deliver promised expected benefits of telehealth which include improved access to medical care and more efficient medical evaluations and management The businesses failed to provide equal accommodations and equivalent access to services for those with medical issues that prevent the ability to receive services in-person The business claims to be Creating a Zero Transmission Environment and promised All JumpstartMD staff will be wearing masks and gloves for contact however staff do not follow this protocol in full
