Purchased Sept. 8, 2022 Paid $56.30 for 2 bags of American Journey Indoor Recipe with **************** Grain-Free Dry Cat Food, 12-lb bag. They offered Standard delivery (4-8 working day, Free Shipping On All Orders, Free and easy returns and a 30 days return policy.I received confirmation via email of the order and to date have not heard from them, nor received the product. The company debited my account for the payment of $56.30 on Sept. 12, 2022, so it is paid for. I have attempted to contact them via the email address they gave in the email confirmation, ( ***************** 7x24 hrs a day E-mail Support. If you have further questions or comments, Please replying to this email: ********************************** of which is attached several times with no replies to date. I then went to the website, AmericanJourney.com to send a message, of which I did 6 times and still no replies to date.The order number is #***** and any help to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. I am actually quite surprised that this company is doing this, I never expected it from them and have been ordering this cat food through Chewy.com for a couple years now. I only ordered it through their website because ***** was out of stock when I attempted to place an order through them.
