Brasmerica Paving Systems worked/ installed my ******************* patio starting September28, 2020 through October 2020. They did a good job but the pavers started splitting away from each other in early April of 2021 & continued to split. So in April of 2021, I called Italo; the sales person at the time & told him about the issue. He said they will come & fix it but no one showed up.I also contacted ******; the head of the company & left him several messages. Later ****** called also to tell me they will send someone to fix the splitting problem but no one came to do the repair.Now this is June 2022 & pavers continue splitting in large sections from each other.This company guaranteed my project of installing pavers for 25 years but the pavers started splitting apart in less than a year.I need the Brasmerica Paver ************** to come & do the repair. This project cost me $30,000.

I went to the customer house on Friday July 22nd
and she is on the schedule for repair for this Saturday coming July 30th

I am rejecting this response because: The owner of the company scheduled the repair for tomorrow Saturday 7/30/2022. Paver repair hasn't started yet since today is Friday 7/29/2022 which is one day before the scheduled day.
