Dec 7th 7:53pm booked hair service appointment with business owner ***************** owner of THETIAWAY. My appointment was booked for hair service of 215 subtracting the ***** deposit made including website scheduling fee. My appointment was scheduled for Dec 21 at 1pm date of service appointment was rescheduled moments before scheduled time and asked to come at 3pm. As arriving to location at 3pm appointment was cancelled. Was informed my business owner as seen attached would be refunded within 3-5 business after 7 business outside of refund Jan 7th ****. Reached out to business to inquire status of refund and informing further action will be taking. Business owner informed refunded has been made and out of her hands. Received notification from bank 01/14/24 refund was voided by business owner and once tried to contact I was blocked
