On Aug 04, 2022, I went to Pismo, and of course went into The Bling Boutique, One of the three items I bought was a pair of sun glasses, I paid $32.99 plus tax for. The next day I headed back home to Fresno, and the very next day the 6th, they broke. I called them the next business day, and ask to talk to owner/manager, and I was told to leave a message and the owner would call me back, When I didn't receive a call back, I called again, and they actually admitted they had found the receipt and told me next time I was in Pismo to come in. Well that's a little far just to return a broken pair of sunglasses at the rate of gas!! I mentioned, them sending me another pair and they just acted like I was stupid and once again told me the owner would call me back! I waited and waited, and waited, then I started trying to call again, I tried 14 times over the next several days, during their business hours and they refused to answer my call, I guess she recognized the 559 area code! This bling boutique used to be my favorite place, I've spent quite a little bit of money there and I'm so highly disappointed with their BAD BUSINESS, I will never return!!!Business response

We have called Ms. P****** to resolve the purchase and refund several times. Please have her call us to take care of this problem.
