Purchased chaise lounge on 3/19/23. On 5/12/24 I filed a claim with Montage. A spring had come loose from the bottom and snagged the trundle pullout. Since 5/12/24, I have been unable to put the trundle back under as the broken spring has not been repaired. With growing frustration, I filed with BBB and was told today the Montage no longer works with GOOD DEALS and I was to receive a refund of my insurance payment. On 6/4 I reached out to get an update and was told that Montage was waiting on a response from GOOD DEALS. It was suggested that I reach out to help expedite. Though I should of never been asked to reach out I was desperate to get my couch repaired. I called GOOD DEALS and **** from GOOD DEALs told me that the server had gone down and all customer data before a certain time was lost. He asked me text him a photo and he'd send back a SKU that was close. So I did. Photos of text are uploaded. I am beyond frustrated as I diligently filed the claim, waited several months only to find out the GOOD DEALS sold me an insurance claim, knew they were no longer working with Montage, and left my claim to hang in limbo. I am going to repair the couch but would like a full refund from GOOD DEALS. I want to add that this was an emotional purchase. This was my first couch I was able to purchase for my family and we were so proud to have a new couch for us to enjoy. This experience has been very sad. GOOD DELSInitial Complaint

On 10/18/2022 I purchased a gas dryer from Good Deals(?)for the amount of $1,134.00. The purchase included delivery / set up /and installation. The delivery date agreed upon was not met and i waited about a week for delivery. When dryer finally arrived the installers did not have correct adapter for gas supply to dryer, in addition the installers did not have the correct parts meaning this dryer has sanitizer cycle and which was not installed ever. Before the installers i looked at the installation itself, The installers installed a flexible exhaust duct, not the rigid one specified by Whirlpool. The dryer appearance of the dryer had many dents and dings additionally it did not come with the customary owners operating manual or warranty card although after several phone call i never did get the instructions nor warranty cardr. I registered this product with whirlpool. In spite of all this the dryer itself did not work. The drum rotated but heating element never go hot any garments / laundry.Several tech> on several occasions to troubleshoot the issue none were able to address problem say things like your dryer vent is plugged which i impossible because my house is new construction I had builder come out and very that the exhaust duct was in fact "clear.Initial Complaint

we order a furniture on 5/11/23 in person we pay $3500 with my sister credit card then we call in an hour later to cancel they refuse the cancel. so we told them that's not the bed we want they said we can order the bed we want with them so we can use the $3500 they are holding toward the new bed we said the bed we want it coast less than $3000 he said we can only exchange we cant get any refund or the over charge difference so we try to solve the issue so we said ok give as the bed we want and we send the link to them with the color we want they send as the picture we told them to make sure dark cheery color so they agree.on 5/23/23 they deliver the wrong color bed we refuse to accept the deliver because it is the wrong color bed we talk to them they don't want to do anything about they keep saying you should accept the bed even thuo the wrong color because it is the same bed we said no so they kept our money also we sleeping on the floor with no bed so we need our money back soon as possible.Initial Complaint

I purchased a dining set that included a dining bench that was delivered around October 2020. The second time I sat on the dining bench, it cracked. I immediately jumped up. I could have been seriously injured. I have not used the dining bench since and have never sat on any of the chairs. I am not morbidly obese so this dining bench should not have broken the 2nd time it was used. I contacted them and they said they were working on my issue. I kept contacting them and they stopped responding. I am trying to resolve this issue with the BBB or I will have to file a small claims lawsuit. I have read complaints/reviews since on this website and other websites and many people have had issues with cheap products they are selling that they are charging a lot of money for. I have proof that I contacted them immediately after the bench cracked. I am seeking a quality dining bench or a refund for the bench so I can purchase a safe one elsewhere.
