      Company installed new water heaters less than 60 days ago and they have gone out 3 times since. They will not come back out to fix in a timely fashion and have not submitted manufacter warranty as promised when they said they would. Vendor not holding up their end of agreement and we have been without consistent hot water for weeks. Requesting prompt handling of this issue.

      In response to this complaint T&C plumbing wants to clarify that we replaced this water heater under homeowners home warranty American home shield.

      We dont purchase this product is owners insurance who purchase product.

       

      After the replacement water heater did not work appropriately, we made her home warranty about it.

      Water heater is under manufacture warranty and her home warranty dont work with manufacture warranty and dont pay us to do so.

      We have made the owner aware of this, but they dont listen to us and want to force us to do so.

      This is a big house, and they have other water heaters so there is still hot water at the property.

      We will send a supervisor to the homeowners house to make a trouble shutting call to manufacture as courtesy since home warranty wont pay for this.

      Once again unit is under manufacture warranty and American home shield home warranty dont work with manufacture.

      Again, we will assign a supervisor to go and to a trouble shutting with manufacture as a courtesy.

      This company is AWFUL!!! BEWARE!!!80 plus year old mother has had no hot water for 1 week. Technician came out to house on 12/22/2022 and found not able communicate due to not speaking/comprehending ******************* will not answer phone for 4 days,(American Home ****************** they have sent 2 emails as of 12/26/222 rep. *** calls on Thursday 12/29/2022 and says to contractor will call in 4 hours and that contractor states," they have no way of picking up hot water heater", There is no communication with customer and, how odd for them to answer for AHS and not for a customer.

      My name is *************************** owner of T&C plumbing and rooter.
       I called customer 2 time to find out whats the issues or problem to try to settle but the problem it that who is making all this issued is the daughter not the real owner of property.
       First visit we when to property and make the diagnosis and we speak to the miss ******** and also with her insurance American home shield to get approved to do the plumbing job. American home shield covered a portion and there was a balance of $465 that customer needed to pay miss ******** accepted.
      I called and explained to her that American home shield was providing the material not us and that as soon they do that we will come back to finish job. American home shield took 2 weeks to provide product and thats when ************** come to scene who is customer daughter which call my office multiple time been Ruud disrespectful at myself and office team and the tech. if we were legal or not.
      Me and the tech suffer threatened by *************** with racial treat because we choose not to argue at her since shes not on the contract with American home shield. 
      She even took the time to discredit our business on social media even do we did not provided service to ****************
      We are not only a licensed contractor but also, we have a background check to all techs with American home shield they already know before arriving who is the tech going to all propertys mane and all information in regard to our company. We feel totally disrespected by *************** not by miss ********. also I was verbally abused.
