Purchased a vehicle form ************ on 5/11/24. He did not disclose the damage to the vehicle. The vehicle is full of rust on the bottom and multiple spots on the interior. We reported the issue to him and he said that we had every opportunity to see if for ourselves. He posted in online as a 2011 and it turned out to be a 2010. He is refusing to buy it back. *********************************************************************** He falsely saying is is A+ BBB rating as you can see in the link above. He refuses to provide his dealer license #. He did not provide the title at the time of purchase. Instead drove us to a shop that does title transfers. He is selling the vehicles out of storage facility on ***************************************************************************************. He has a mailing address as **************************************************. The shop that did the title transfer says he is in there all the time. The title transfer was done Smog Guys Plus on *********************************************. The Shop told me he has done this in the past and only agrees to buy back the bad guys at a loss to the buyer. Someone needs to stop this guy from defrauding people any longer.
